Pain in middle of vertebrae - hurts when I sneeze?

I enjoy a grotesque discomfort contained by the middle of my posterior on the right side (if your looking at it from trailing me), I've have it for a few days. It hurts when I sneeze or breathe rock-hard. Any possible philosophy on what it is?

Answers:
Sounds approaching a small muscle shred. If you cough, sneeze, or breathe easier said than done, it hurts. If it doesn't clear up after a few days of non-physical-stress, later walk see the doc.
Depending on it's location it may be a few things. If it is on your spine is may be a herneated disc. More promising if it's not on the spine but to the side it may be a strained ot torn muscle. See your doctor if you are concearned or if it does not step away within a few days.
