I've found that sometimes it if truth be told help to sleep on the floor if I own a backache (muscle stiffness) from heavier than middle-of-the-road stir. In the winter though, the floor is usually colder since fry rises, it's possible to block cold from sleeping on the floor.
wel I'm not sure if it's well-mannered for you but I know it's not unpromising. I sleep on the floor, and technicaly i prefer it. the bed get too hot int he summer.
Can't see how it can be .I've have to do it on instant & even beside a crude mattress , I still stir up beside ache & pains ..not to mention a especially average hours of darkness's sleep !
I dont have an idea that it is that great, but I also dont deduce you are going to do serious harm. It could lead to put money on backache and stiffness but nought more, im sure.
