Ive taken 6 painkillers (500mg) in times gone by 2/3 hours
I wasnt noticing any effect, but ive started to grain dizzy and a bit shaky.. so i read the box and it says youre expected to take 1 every 8 hours.. will i be ok?

you didn't specify what you took, this can be particularly serious. chances are if you only took something like Tylenol you will be OK purely feel dizzy and nauseated and possibly get stomach pains. it really isn't perfect to take more than the recommended doses although I know that it can be easier sometimes later dealing with physical affliction.
