1st level sprain?

today i fell on my ankle in volleyball and it turned to the size of a tennis ball . The doctor said it's a 1st point sprain. Is that the worst type or the better type? Thanx!

1st point is the "best" type.. this is because here isnt too much smash up to the ligament u merely stretched them a bit too far... ur ankle should be suitable as contemporary within more or less a week but rime and elevate while at rest to lend a hand next to twinge and swelling and try not to do anything to aggravate the injury so that it won't return with any worse
