i've normally have knees ache, almost a thought approaching my kneecap is in the region of to pop inappropriate.. not so much a aching, freshly a odd discomfort. i've be exceedingly moving, especially surrounded by running for former times several months. however, i purely took two weeks stale and did no physical exercise. today i have a enthusiastic workout including abundantly of sprints and running, and presently my knees is bloodbath me. it especially hurts after sitting for a long time. if i meander on it, it tend to seize better after somewhat while. could this be Chondromalacia? and if so, what can i do to give a hand it? icing it? ibuprofen? a knees brace? seeing my doctor and/or resting it are not option at this point.
