Yes, you should do more. Also since the injury is enlarge and close to the mouth. look out of what you chomp through and brush your teeth and use mouth rinse everytime you chomp through something and when you stir up. also lay down the Flute for atleast a week. sorry to read out that but its best you dont play it near your lip busted similar to it is. Good luck and you should be devout to play pretty soon.
I would preserve it iced up for a while and put an antibiotic liniment on it to maintain it from getting infected. Keep taking motrin as it should lend a hand next to the swelling. Hope you quality better.
