when my feeler get clogged up i usually stuff tissue within my feeler. i know that it might sounds gross but it works for me. also, you should try tylenol cold or tylenol pm. if you whip pm at most minuscule you can gain a apposite dark's sleep. hope you be aware of better.
You can try using extra pillows below your fund and sleep at an angle, but I don't close to that. For me, Nyquil or the generic equivalent is the best treatment.
I don't know your age but profoundly of outdated timer remedies involved some sort of alcohol. Other than doing shots you can elevate your come first near some pillows and that should assistance.
I don't know what drug you're taking, but I swear by this stuff call Mucinex. I've get pretty discouraging allergies, and purely almost every seasonal conversion I achieve post nasal drip, clogged sinuses, and sore throat. I used to gain sinus infections from them too, even though I be taking stuff close to Tylenol Flu and similar medication.

Anyway, Mucinex is an expectorant, which medium it'll trim out adjectives of the mucus surrounded by your sinuses. It's not exactly cheap stuff, but if you give somebody a lift it for a couple days, it might assist.
Try sleeping in a recliner if you enjoy one or prop yourself up beside extra pillows.
That is what i enjoy to do if i hold a fruitless cold and can't breathe.
Good luck...
elevate your self using more pillows, and put vicks vapor rub below or inside your feeler.. this help closely... i hold a cold too i grain your cramp!
