Where can a nurse work if she developed a severe latex allergy?

Are here any departments contained by a hospital where on earth gloves aren't required? Or perchance any type of nursing opportunity that doesn't require gloves? Or is in attendance a roll of latex free hospitals within the US available somewhere? I tried to google it and didn't find anything :(

Our hospital have latex free gloves and other items. I don't muse that would preclude a nuse working in a hospital situation. We are impressively aware of the growing problem of citizens beside latex allergies.
