i be standing up from the ground yesterday and the side of my knees trilby hit the floor and disloctaed my knees panama, or atleast thats what i believe what happen because i feel my knees sou`wester move completly to the side of my knees and vertebrae into place.presently when i tighten my knees up or verbs to the side the inner side of my knees hurts disappointingly.the most earth-shattering item i call for to know is repossession time beside or minus surgery because my jazz competition season starts within 2-3 months.
