I seem to be to sleep really frozen when I trip up asleep-but-if I get up up--I am not sufficiently expert to seize wager on to sleep most of the time. I used to sleep 8 to 10 hours a night-the later time I did that be contained by 1987. Now-if I view TV and falll asleep beside it on-and later rouse up and turn it off--I am pretty much up for the rest of the dark.
