Anyone out at hand that can afford me some thought's to return with to sleep?

I can't sleep.. every dark matching.. I come up to bed and become huge awake. Please anything that can abet me get hold of to sleep.. I might enjoy fibromyalgia as economically.. which doesn't backing. It's taking ages for them to diagnose.

I obtain that at times, its usually something bothering your mind, resembling the prolonged diagnossis!! i other only just put on some proper chill music turn it down low turn out the lights and try and clear my mind and drift away next to the music, dosnt work adjectives the time but it without a doubt make me relax, dont bother counting sheep the constant baa-ing usually keep me awake lol hope you win some rest soon :)

I would turn bad adjectives distractions - TV, computer, partner - and purely feign within the foggy. I really find that ear plugs help out as it 'removes' another one of your senses, thus making it easier for you to focus on sleeping.
