Y cant i sleep?

ok i run to bed roughly partly an hours
and i toss and turn for more or less an hour
and if i be in motion to bed impulsive and get up up early
i am really tired
but if i shift to bed unsettled and get up up past due
i still have a feeling tired!
plz backing me
