Just brushing my teeth in attendance. Finished, afterwards stood up straight. I after feel a through anguish surrounded by my lower wager on. I tried to amble almost to draw from the twinge away but everytime I put my right foot down a excruciating headache would shoot up my spine. Currently the right foot side of my lower hindmost is really bleak. Its ok when I sit down, or stand still, but when I start to hike, and put my right foot down, the agony is really fruitless.

Could somebody proffer any concept as to what it could be? Thanks.
