Answers:    I'm no radiologist, and I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like deeply you have any a persistant injury that's caused your cartilage & knees to basically swell up and amass synovial fluid (that slippery stuff that allows your joints to bend- category of like oil hinges), possibly to the point of creating a cyst (pocket of fluid) and edems (swelling) in your bone, OR you hold a tumor. Talk to your doctor- they know your history and why they sent you to the MRI to begin near. They had to hold an idea of what they be looking for, or trying to rule-out when they sent you!
If it was me, I'd put within a call to my doctor's bureau and ask them to go over it beside me, either on the phone or contained by person. If the doctor is not available, I'd ask for a opinion on a qualified professional. This way you'd know you're getting the best form care guidance you can get.

Blessings :)
