I go to the park yesterday next to my friends and we played soccer for 3 hours and when i get up today, my intact legs are hurting... they hurt when i move them... I run after a long time yesterday... probably after 2 months... i only required to practice for tryouts but it get worse... please serve me... its drastically urgent.. tomorrow is my tryouts... thankfulness...
