Well i be have knees problems for more or less a month know after pushing myself to tough on a down hillock! the first 2 weeks after the injury i run but i didnt push myself and the i have not run for 2 weeks till yesterday and still hurts!what should i do? do you a cure or wat i enjoy? i would appricate it alot! :)
