i made the mistake of trying to gain it near nailclippers and one and only succeeded within snipping the sliver, making it run lower than my skin.should i soak it in hot or cold hose down until that time i start digging around? any sustain would be appreciated because this hurts similar to hell.

I know it hurts, but try to tolerate it fester. This sounds gross, but once it does, you will know how to pop out the sliver minus digging. In the stingy time, you could soak your foot within epsom salt and put drops of hydrogen peroxide over the sliver nouns.
I would use tweezers. If you aren't competent to do it by yourself, ask someone to oblige.
