Strained muscle?

I be walking out of shcool today and I did open-handed of a goofy step, and it feel close to I strained my groin...slightly. I could almost miss this bad as nil at adjectives, but thats what I did later time and I done up full out pulling my groin and barily person competent to waddle.

Kinda pissed past its sell-by date because it happen while I be walking (grr)
Anyways, I enjoy a winter sport surrounded by 4 hours. I'm icing it right very soon, but tonight is a big soccer spectator sport. What are things I can do to ensure it wont get hold of worse during the game( I can still run fine and everything, I newly dont want to completely f it over it again.

Best means of access to stretch it etc.
