please help, this is calamitous pain, even when i sit, lay down doing anything..it really hurts when i pace or go up stairs, the backache also goes down to the bottom of my foot. i went to the doctor but they dont know what i own yet. for sure i own flat feet and desperate shin splints..but theres a possibility i might have a stress fracture too.
Answers: Well, where's the headache?
A stress fracture is relatively easy to receive in the foot if you are filling or play sports on pavement.
A stress fracture is dull, constant pain and distinct surrounded by one spot. It shouldn't be excruciating. If you have it, it'll probable be in the "finger" bones of your toes. X-Ray that and examine for hairline fractures. If there's a bundle of tendons clumped around an nouns, it means you've almost heal.
There's really nothing a doctor can do near these things. It'll take something like 6 weeks to heal if you hold one.
I assume your pain is contained by the foot. It might be "plantar facieitis" a painful condition normally seen surrounded by people next to flat feet. An x-ray should be capable of rule out a stress fracture!
