On some occasion I develop moderate abdominal cramps when I own be using the ellipitical trainer for roughly 20 minutes. I hold to stop exercising now. Strangely, this lone happen when using the ellipitcal trainer, and not when running or other aerobic actions. I own be exercising for roughly 20 minutes when this happen. I find that I can resume my work-out after in the order of 15-20 minutes of sitting gently. Any accepted wisdom of what this could be and how to avoid it? I am well-hydrated, enjoy warm up, breathing okay. For breakfast I own a Slim-Fast shake.
Have spoken to numerous doctors and fitness staff and they enjoy no model.

The entity I see base on your symptoms, it might be a blood pressure problem (too low or too high). The bowl movement, dizziness (some disorientation as ably right?) may also indicate heart problems.

Also, please try to do a proper reheat up and cool down during exercise. You may be moving too at a rate of knots, too soon. Allow your heart and endocrine system time to change. Give yourself 5 minutes reheat up and 5 minutes cool down. The egg-shaped trainer may be where on earth you tend to jump too speedy. I've be on one of those myself and it can be moderately exhausting.
