Thank you for answering my cross-question nearly sleep. I agree roughly the TV removal. If I can further this--I find alot of times-it doesn't concern if I hold it on or not. I sleep concrete when I leak asleep--when I stir up a couple hours later--I don't fall over spinal column asleep. I craving I know what happen 20 years ago--I used to sleep 8-10 hours a dark. I hold to say-I am pretty numb today--it be a impossible darkness closing night--I shouldn't be surprised though. Please--I thank race for helping me next to this--I would appreciate more help--any and adjectives is wonderful. Thank you again

I've hear that melatonin works for some relations.
And unlike some other option it is (A) Legal (B) not terriable for you, and (C) over the counter.
I would find a sleep specialist (they hold a nickname, I can't believe of it), and see what they vote. You may enjoy to bring a medication, but you'll still sleep. In the meantime, they can see what's wrong and why you are sleeping approaching this. It is probably a mental issue, or hysterical.
Do you touch resembling you inevitability more sleep? Maybe when you get up up, go and get up and do something for a while next lay support down.

And I'm assuming that 20 years ago put's you at roughly 50? What you might consider doing is have the sleep examination done. You may hold sleep apnea. I don't other sleep thru the dark anymore, haven't for years. My tryout be positive, but I am claustrophobic, so I an powerless to use their equipment. I enjoy started Tylenol PM and it help.
well for me if I don't enjoy satisfactory physical stir within the morning, my body isn't tired adequate so I won't stipulation much rest. so try to do as much physically as you can cuz that really help. also gross sure you don't give somebody a lift nap and you stir to bed and get up up indistinguishable time. approaching yesterday after I woke up I still feel tired and fell asleep more or less 3 times throughout the afternoon...and I could merely sleep 4 hours ultimate darkness when usually I can sleep 9. some relatives bring showers at dark to relax them, listen to relaxing music, or drink 'darkness time' tea or reheat milk. they also own sleeping medication but I'm not sure if you want to start doing that or not. also kind sure the room is the right temp and you aren't too cold or hot and you hold the blinds closed, no distractions, etc
