Buy some citronella grease, & an derelict spray bottle. Dilute some of the grease beside hose down (it will mix) & here you enjoy it.
dont know but if you buy the pure grease you can mix beside sea and put it within a spray container

I am not sure if you can carry it within spray form, i enjoy never see it and i use citronella greatly, contained by grease form, surrounded by candle form, within those twisty-up things/air freshener form. Body shop, or a similar shop will know how to update you if you can bring back it contained by spray form. even your pharmacist may know.
