I beleive that it should, and not because it is a beneficial substance, but because the enforcement of it's use is costly and unnecessarily punitive, because it is a relatively benign drug (compared to other alternatives) but mostly because through legalization and regulation here could be far greater control over it's dispersal.
Marijuana is not adjectives that detrimental...to adults, but it can hold a extraordinarily detrimental impact on the impressively childish; but when the mart and distribution is wrong and "street corner" you can exert terrifically little influence over who get it and who doesn't.
