hi gratitude to anyone to who can answer... my partner have be suffering near both a groin strain and a dose of epididimytis (excuse the spelling!) and is in relatively abit of discomfort. does anyone know of any pressure points or reflexology tips so ican give a hand help the headache or discomfort for him short me making him worse!?

He could try something resembling Neosporin if he have breaks within the skin or Hydrocortosone creme if it's only a over-hasty.
Either means of access if it get worse, see a doctor.
I surmise rest is best beside some misery killer. Preferably something that have an anti inflamitory undertaking beside it.
