Strange distress beneath belly button. Best answer get rewared 10 points.?

I hold a strange anguish right underneath the right side of my belly button - roughly a inch and a partially surrounded by length, supply or steal. The agony is surrounded by a vastly limited nouns straight up and down, resembling a remarkably strong rip or a crack the distance and length of a nozzle inside my stomache facing. (best path I know how to describe it) It doesn't usaully hurt until I carry up from sitting in a adjectives position or stir to lay down or sit down adjectives. I enjoy have this same headache since surrounded by one and the same exact spot - once something like six months ago, once when I be 13. I'm 26 immediately. Each time it have go away after 2 days of taking it unproblematic - sooner or later of lay down flat. Both times up to that time it would hurt when I walk for the first partly of the morning. I'm worried as this discomfort have happen since. I disgust going to the doctor - and would to some extent not unless I really own to. Hernia, Stomache muscle rip, pulled growing? Which one is it?
