Has anybody approved to rouse up at like peas in a pod time as workday on weekends to wipe out difficulty wake on Mon?

I am not a morning person and every Monday and Tuesday I own such a hard time getting up in good time and I think its because I take in for questioning up on sleep on the weekends. Someone told me I should wake up at indistinguishable time every day (including weekends) so that my body sets its instinctive clock and isnt constantly adjusting to a unsullied schedule. But, since I corner up on needed sleep on the weekends won't I be even MORE sleep deprived/tired by doing that? Who has tried this?

I other wake up an hour previously I wake up, bring my adderall. (probably caffeine for you) and then slop back to sleep. when my alarm go off I rouse up again and by the the adderall is flowing through my system and I'm ready to bear on the day. and no I'll sleep an extra 10 hours on my days rotten because I have to be up at 5:30 every work sunshine. When I'm out of adderall i find caffeine to be a very rude chemical, sorry if it's adjectives you can use...
It's all psychological!

get up the same time during the week and sleep surrounded by on weekends!
that is right, i can't sleep historic 6 even on weekends because of my work-set internal alarm no matter how behind schedule i get to bed or how tired i am. it take some getting used to but it's really refreshing on the days you have work. angelic luck!
