The body is a multi-functioning system controlled by the brain, so you do not sit down and persistently enunciate 'breathe in, very soon out, then within and out' let alone articulate 'heart beat, breathing surrounded by heart beat, breathe out' because similar to many systems this is adjectives self functioning, self regulating. That part of the brain is call the sub-conscious, because you are not aware of it, where as when you use your senses, suppose, you use your conscious.
