You may have pulled a muscle, but this is something you DO NOT mess around more or less.
The chest pains could very capably be angina, and you may have have a heart -- I don't know... I can tell you what one fill like though.
I be on a migraine medication and began have chest pains; I looked it up on the net, and found that it could explanation heart problems. I immediately saw my doctor, who did a cardiogram, which looked majority. After getting off the medication, the angina, however, did not go away. So I have an appointment with a cardiologist the following Monday.
Sunday dark I felt resembling a locomotive drove through my chest and my back be the worst pain I've ever have. I had discomfort medications, fortunately aspirin base, and I took them. The pain go on for four hours, and when I got up I be worn out.
My appointment with the cardiologist be the next hours of daylight. I went, walk up the stairs, and had a shortness of breath. They did the cardiogram and get a copy of the one my GP had taken. I started some sort of stress try-out, but they cut it short. The doctor called me into his bureau and said, "You had a heart attack."
That be what the locomotive was.
I be immediately checked into the hospital (right across the street), put on a nitroglycerin drip (which made my skipper hurt so bad). The next light of day I had an angioplasty; they inserted a stent within the artery.
Fortunately I was exactly the right consignment for my height, and my cholesterol be just 180 -- but it be still too high for me. Heart problems have killed every branch in my dad's line.
After surgery, they placed a heavy pack on the groin where on earth they had enter the artery to clean it out and fix it. It be 99% blocked. After the surgery, I was exhausted -- it take a long time for your heart to heal. My dad have not gone to the doctor when he had his heart attack at age 57; I be younger.
I still take Plavix, which thins my blood, and cholesterol (Vytorin) medication, but it was a few years that I be also on blood pressure medicaitons.
Nitroglycerin causes severe headache, but I carry it beside me; and I've used it.
Do not take a providence with your go.
Yes, the new spasm sounds like a pulled muscle or cartilage.
The continuing intermittent misery could be a hiatal hernia causing tart reflux. Please get it checked. Most cases are well treated with over-the-counter drugs such as Prilosec, if explicitly really what is causing the problem.
