I pulled a file cabinet at my post and presently I enjoy a small twinge within my right shoulder. It used to hurt constantly, but in a minute it single hurts when I bend my arm and hoist it slightly. It's be something like 1 month and a partially, and it still bothers me. I tried to raise some weights to strengthen it, but a friend of mine say that it's not a correct notion to work out if I'm hurt. Help!! Thanks.
