I bring back like mad of cramps, mostly within my foot but also surrounded by my legs too. Is here something that I can do to prevent them? I know how to seize rid if them but I would close to to not carry them. It usually take awhile for me to be capable of press it out or put your foot it out. Anyone know anything that works?
