Last darkness I be standing on a speaker and jumping/dancing for around an hour.
When I get home my knees started to soreness, after when I woke up this morning they consistency worse.
When I straighten them, bend them at more than 30° or hoof it they throbbing simply below my kneecap and what feel similar to losing the knees sunhat.
I haven't gone to the doctor because they might simply be sore from the amount of jump I be doing finishing hours of darkness.
Anyone know what it might be?

Yes too much dance and if alcohol be involved (which I am solely assuming because you be dance on a speaker) can really stress your muscles out and you hold put too much pressure on you knees and near the combinaiton of alcohol which dehydrates your body giving smaller number oxygen to the muscles when needed you enjoy overstressed your muscles while depriving them of oxygen. 1)fill a long sock 1/2 full of rice (not instant rice. it catch on fire)
