The RICE method of treating injuries is name after an acronym made by the initial junk mail of respectively of the steps:
REST: stop, or if you can't, slow right down. Continuing can freshly stir up the injurt to worsen or more bleeding.
ICE: cool the nouns. Don't apply rime directly to the injury, but crush it, place it in a plastic shoulder bag, and later inside a moisten cloth such as a tea towel. If you don't enjoy any rime, frozen peas are a great substitute. Alternatively, look for those rime sprays you can buy surrounded by chemists.
COMPRESSION: apply pressure to stop the bleeding but not so much that the blood can't still circulate. if the nouns go numb, you may be applying too much pressure.
ELEVATE: this reduce the blood pressure to the injury, reducing the bleeding.

Basically, put your foot up and appropriate it unproblematic!
R = Rest = Basically rest the injured sector. Dont stop using it
altogether as it will hijack up, only just help yourself to it natural.
I = Ice = Put some rime inside a tea-towel or something
frozen inside a piece of stuff and apply to
the injury.
Dont put rime direct to your skin.
C = Compress = Apply a plaster to the injury. Strap the
injured part of a set of so that it have some support.
You can buy bandage on a roll or ones made
simply for ankles, wrists etc
E = Elevate = Keep the injured park raise. Put your foot up
for example if its the ankle.
