Today is my first smoke free day is going on for 10 years. I am doing polite. Not cranky on the other hand! So what did you do that help you quit?

hi i am contained by equal boat as you i am stopping 2moro. i hold stopped beforehand and i used patch and regular chewing gum it really help but i started again wen i be drunk lol GOOD LUCK
I am on my 4th hours of daylight of Chantrex. I enjoy smoked, but instead of 2 pack a daytime. I enjoy have 3 cigs a morning and I drink more marine and chew more gum than usual.

I smoked for 12 years, and i quit on a single day lacking any drugs or patch. It took abundantly of me. But i made a promise to my wife and daughter and i did it for them.

The most noteworthy item is not to newly smoke an added. The first one that you smoke will be the excuse to smoke another one on times of inevitability. Like after a stressful situation, or after a feast.

You a moment ago enjoy to tough it out. No situation what you do, it is not going to be uncomplicated. You enjoy to realize that eventually you will not want to smoke anymore at all, and that it will carry easier. Using patch or gum lately slows down the process of kicking your addiction. Also, don't buy any cigarrettes, and throw out any that you own. You CAN'T smoke if you don't hold any cigarrettes. And unless you can bum a pack a year, you aren't going to be smoking adequate to sustain your addiction minus buying any. Hope this help. Worked for me! Good Luck!
I smoked for 10 years. I quit cold turkey! I kept away from places be society be smoking (Casinos, bar etc.) I chewed deeply of gum and kept myself busy. Don't kid yourself this will be one of the hardest things you jump through but it will also be the best! First couple weeks will be tuff but it eventually get trouble-free and after time you will not even regard roughly it. I hold never smoked since and its be 11 years and to this morning its the best point I hold done. Good luck to you.
It's mostly a mental strength of really wanting to quit! Keep focused on all the desperate things almost it, it stinks, and it really could snuff you.oh certainly produce you suffer first, after massacre you! Coffee truly help me, when I get a craving, I have a cup of coffe. I'm not sure that that will oblige everyone, basis some those similar to coffe beside their cig..but you'll find, if you purely stay strong, the actual craving doesn't second definite long! As soon as it comes, lately try tangible complex to gain your mind focused on something else! GOOD LUCK!!
You know what worked in good health for me? I didn't smoke any more cigarettes! Seriously, I know that sounds flip and adjectives, but f you want to quit smoking later what you really entail to do is quit whining and simply don't smoke. I quit cold turkey five years ago. I haven't have a drag contained by five years. You don't inevitability patch or any of that other crap. You a moment ago obligation self control and a desire to quit. If you don't really want to stop, afterwards no tricks can facilitate.
I quit years ago. I be smoking two pack a daylight over olden times year at the time. I hear that it's tremendously successful, but I couldn't find it.
