Whenever I bend backwards (like when I'm stretching when I get up up) my chest REALLY hurts. It also hurts basically subjectively sometimes. It's a sharp cramp close to my heart. I'm with the sole purpose 18 and I excercise and get through pretty decent, so I own no perception what it is
