Need to increase my flexibility and am wondering if I should hold a stretch for a really long time. If I fell asleep stretching would that niggardly that I would be injured or verbs a muscle when I rouse?

u might want to stay awake but i expect the longer u hold it the looser ur muscles will be and it will not injure u.
that is purely stupid, how do u not know to be precise horrible for u. did u fall short 1-12th echelon
a fitting stretch last at least possible 20 secs. so 15-60 is ok, not 15-60 minutes. Although you can stretch for that long. ( entire body)If you know anything something like yoga, those sessions can concluding up to 2 hours or more so i dont recomend one stretch for 15 minutes
