Am I Anemic? :S?

I am 13 years old, i'm just about 5ft 5 and im 88pounds (40kg)
I'm vegetarian, and don't really own the best diet out there
I own headaches adjectives the time
And i'm usually feeling comparatively weak and dizzy
I own very dim skin, and i find it realy hard to concentrate
Which is affecting my grades at academy :[
I'm tired all the time, and find it knotty to get a appropriate nights sleep
I'm also never really that hungry anymore

I'm not sure if these are signs of anemia
I newly wondered if i had it, or if i be just undernourished
Do you think i should turn to the doctors?
Or is it not that serious?

Please Help :]

Answers:    I've been anemic since I be born so I can help you near that one!

Due to the fact that you're a lacto-vegetarian has seriously to do with anemia because you aren't getting the iron and protein you requirement from meat and chicken.

if you're going to the extent where you aren't intake certain veggies it's fruitless as well because you enjoy to rely wholly on greens and beans and fish for iron and protein.

my travel case sucks because I can't take iron pills to sort my anemia level better...so i hold to rely completely on eating lots of foods near iron so i know from experience haha.

But you can always dance to the doctor to go return with checked. that's the best option you own. :).
You need to run to the doctor.
There is other ways to get the nutrients you return with from meat by eating other things. If you don't capture help soon it could bring a lot worse.

SO PLEASE GET HELP!
i suppose u're having iron defect syndrome and it may caused by ur diet plan. iron is greatly important to ur body cos it's required within the synthesis of hemoglobin which responsible for gas (oxygen n carbon dioxide) transportation in ur body (which explain the dizziness due to removal of oxygen to brain n weakness due to poor oxygen supply to muscle) and the substance also contribute to the red color of the blood (which explain the pallor of ur skin).try to have moreeee green leafy vegetables, green peas, potato and other iron source food (u can google for more food examples) n if u jump to pharmacist u can ask for iron supplement tablets/any othe forms but the best is u go n see the doctor for nouns..
