Could this be a bone spur?!?

A few years ago, I broke my upper middle finger, right above the top united. When it broke, i guess piece of the bone formed a lump above the amalgamated. It never go away though. The lump is really frozen and it have be in attendance every since. Today, I have another injury to alike nouns, and it is sticking out even further immediately. Is this a bone spur? or what is it? And what should i do almost it?

Answers:
Well, I agree that's what it sounds similar to. I never have any injury to my right shoulder but I found out i have two bone spurs. they pocket years to develop and I'm not sure if they are rationale by injury, from what i found out they are certainly considered a defect, they of late crop up. you might hold a peice of bone chipped past its sell-by date and that's what your feeling/seeing. But, I'm no doctor, so better undamaging consequently sorry, seize an MRI or X-Ray. By the process, Bone spurs HURT! if it don't hurt it probably isn't bone spurs. Good luck
Often extra bone is layed down as the callus forms where on earth the break occured. It take time for the bone to be reabsorbed and the bump may never fully stir away. Right very soon the most exalted point is to carry the swelling down and this type of wrist/hand gel cold wrap will facilitate. http://www.dme-direct.com/wrist-ice-pack... Hope this help.
