what do you do? is in that anything that can facilitate you spill out asleep? i've be trying to slump asleep for close to an hour presently. this have be up alot lately. any suggestions?

I use a comfortable rocking stool to spatter asleep contained by every hours of darkness.

i slop asleep after 2 hours! this have be going on for give or take a few 2 months... nought help but i count down from 100 so it kinda help but after i lose it and ruminate roughly speaking something else... i get lots contained by my mind, cuz the college is starting later in attendance is gala tomorrow, next i will hold a slumber carnival, next i expect of wat am i going to do wen my dad will go to england :| and i never crash asleep!

do push ups and wall sits. when your body is tired it's easier to slump asleep. plus, it's obedient for you :)
