When i dance to the gym and do n e point next to arms close to when i put the weightdown i capture a sharp backache within my foram?

i can hardly do as much solidity as i normally can and it hurts to heave its a sharp pain but ints solitary in my gone arm and not my right and its getting worst. what do u think a polite thing will be to aid it if n e 1 noes wut it can be and like if i clutch were the torment is it doesnt hurt but wen i twist my forearm muscel around my bone iget that sharp agony for a second and if n e 1 noes wut this is or has it to im me please on aim. Answers:    sounds like a classic pulled muscle/ligament...could also be stress fracture. Xray may be biddable choice.

i think it's inflammation from overuse, or poor warm-up/stretching routine in the past your activity. if it's on the inside of your elbow, it's call "medial epicondylitis", if it's on the outside of your elbow, it's "lateral epicondylitis". google those terms up and see if it match any of your symptoms. usually the recommended course of treatment is to let it stillness down for weeks, ice it as much as possible, ibuprofen/motrin or aleve can backing, and if you have an elbow sleeve to hang on to it compressed, that can help. once it calm down, you may need to do better stretching contained by the elbow before your exercise. i'm not sure it's ligaments, of late tendonitis. at any rate, since we can't examine you, i suggest getting it checked out by an orthopaedist. cortisone injections are usually offered to treat this, but only within severe, long term cases, and besides you're young at heart (i assume) so i doubt it'll be an option. honest luck!
It sounds like a ligament or muscle problem.
Could be you used a muscle that you're not use to using.
You could have pulled a muscle.
