I am have surgery tomorrow to remove a ganglion cyst from my wrist and I am sense terrifically restless and anxious roughly speaking the procedure. I know that I will hold a type because bone is involved but I am most worried roughly the pre-op and the waiting formerly foot. I will enjoy local anesthesia and they said I would be sedated to relax - Anyone gone through this? How long will I be 'out of it?' Depends on the size of the cyst, location, etc. If you are not relaxed, describe them - they'll blissfully up the meds. Should be painless and incontestably throbbing free after that darn piece is out. I've have two. One on my leg, one on my side. The side one be the worst cuz I'm ticklish. If you're that upset almost it, telephone call the surgeons organization and ask for a small lettering of Diazepam. Just ask for the smallest prescription they'll write.

And I have to type, but I have to mind your Ps and Qs that I didn't disrupt the stitches. Mine didn't involve the bone, but I can't conjure that you'll enjoy much stomach-ache.
