Is 12-14 hours of sleep too much?

I'm a 21 yr outdated dude, be living the highschool dropout / loner / dude won't get hold of out of his parents underground room dream for 4 years in a minute. Obviously not gleaming, but currently, it is what it is. Anyways, for these bygone 4 years I've be getting 12-14 hours of sleep everyday. Partying knotty until 4 am, wake up between 4pm - 6pm. I'm physically fit, not depressed, conceivably unmotivated? These un-needed hours of sleep are starting to interfere beside my mental state (ive be impression extremely mentally unstable) Talking to myself , animals, conflict nouns. Sad - Yes i agree. I guess my ask is own I done too much impair or is it possible to liberate me? I've gotten so accustom to this lifestyle, it's not easy to rouse up. Actually yea, too much sleep IS discouraging for you...

Hey,if i'm not wrong,6-8 hours of sleep is usual for an average being.So, my conclusion is that 12-14 is slightly too much.
Of course you can seize your vivacity together it's never to tardy shift to college rob some classes beside friends...cut down on the partying abit...and carry a honourable sleeping shape.Maybe own your parents oblige you discuss how you surface beside them... As for chitchat to animals and yourself possibly your bored... 12-14 hours of sleep is greatly but i don't suggest it have anything to do beside you intuition mentally unstable. Maybe the certainty that you don't do anything productive, in the style society define it, make you discern depressed although you won't come clean it.

hey grass swimmer sorry that you aren't doing too appropriate. but i'm glad you know that something's not right in your situation. partying is (mostly) fine but if it's interfering beside your sleep than it's interfering beside your condition. substance knock about can rationale sleeping problems too. even if you are "fit" on the outside your body probably isn't doing too very well on the inside. perchance try to lay sour the partying. what's the ripened clich¨¦? basically say-so no. afterwards budge to sleep. but this time try going to sleep at ten and wake up at ten. you will still receive twelve hours of sleep so your body doesn't have a feeling freaked out and deprived but you take on a well again track next to your sleeping time. little by little find up faster. (gradually smoke smaller number too , making a scheldule for what time you can hold one and eventually/soon carry some gum or the patch) .if you don't hold an alarm clock afterwards obtain one, set it, and plug it within on the other side of the room so you own to catch up to obtain it.
