I enjoy serious headache surrounded by my nouns. I don't know if it's a crick or a pinched gall. How do I describe the diffrence

I can't turn my neck to the right and the misery is on the left.

Answers:    If the headache is on the left and you hold problems turning (rotating) to the right, it is probably a neck strain. A pinched audacity would be more painful bending the go before to the left and also would tend to be relieved when raise the left arm above the organizer.
I have a pinched rudeness in my collar and how you know if its a pinched nerve is that something approaching your arm or hand will hurt, the nerves surrounded by your neck are the nerves that control your shoulders, arms, hand, and fingers.
A crick will be stiffness and soreness. A good reflective tissue massage will oblige if its just stiffness. I have a stiff neck yesterday and I have someone give me a tough massage to try to loosen up my nouns. The massage hurt while she be doing it, but today it feels totally fine!

Hope your nouns feels better, i can totally sympathize on that description of pain!! Also try soaking contained by a bath beside Sea Salts, it helps loosen your shoulders and stuff :-)
I own had both in the past but a pinched nerve seam more like a stinging affliction
