i have a need of turning the volume on my ipod up all the mode. i know its bad for you can i maintain telling myself to stop but i cant!

Answers: Hey! This is an easy need. Go on your settings on your ipod and go to volume control. You can set it for partly way and your ipod will lock after a confident volume. This is a great tool! I use it all the time!
