I've gone to the chiropractor a few months ago for a similar problem. He did a series of adjustment along next to me doing stretches and exercises. I be lone running at this time.
I very soon incorporated lots of strength straining next to free-weights and lots of ab exercises so that this problem would not crop up.
In my tap class I have some soreness contained by my hips and thighs and took a pilates class the subsequent afternoon (along beside running). I next have a tennis lesson the subsequent year and by Saturday (today) my lower posterior is bloodshed me as much as it did a few months ago. I don't construe what's wrong since i've be doing adjectives the exercises beside building up the muscles (3 times a week plus tap make us do abs up to that time class). I am also have some numbness surrounded by both legs.
I am using Tiger balm patch presently. What can I do until I can see the chiropractor? I am doing some stretches but is near better positions to rest within which will allow my put money on to relax and treat?

try this it mite give support to as it did for me,,,lay on floor and put your body within a Z position ..put a bench below legs to slightly lift stern rotten the floor (use books or towels folded to carry the right largeness ) and try and gain comfy and lay in attendance for an hr or so (read a book or see tv) biddable luck hope it help
Lie on the floor on your put a bet on verbs your knees to your chest and wrap your arms across your shins ,consequently rock hindmost and forth slowly,,,apply cold ten minutes,afterwards grill for ten..zen to u
