i have the hill heart procedure done on my shoulder and it be the worst .its going to hurt for a long time..to the point where on earth you voice to yourself i need i never did surgery.it took me a year to fully rest.its be 20 years since i have my surgery and i still remember how tender it be.@ years ago i did 2 artifical discs contained by my soine , they go within through my stomach and i be up to full speed surrounded by 4 months running jackhammers etc at work.shoulder surgery sucks.
