since grazing land hockey started my right paw (i'm a righty) have be acting up. When I try to grip things a spasm shoots from y upper foot to my fingers. If i touch the member of my appendage which looks approaching the first set of knuckles (no on fingers but the bumps on hand) it cause me aching too. Typing doesn't really hurt but orifice motor doors , holding hairspray bottles , holding handle or only just gripping too firm . do you know whats wrong and is i should see a doctor or it will simply treat itself?

i play lacrosse but 've never gotten that, i would loaf a few days in the past going to see if it go down, if it doesnt afterwards christen up your doctor and transmit them whats going on and they'll probably know what to do
I have an idea that you should see a doctor. Could be you strained it playing hockey. The doctor will know exactly what cause the backache. It can also be from your nerves that's acting up.
