I only have acl surgery on my right knees. I lost my commission and beside that my insurance. near that arranged i can't afford physical psychiatric therapy!! anyone know what excersises i can do to comfort capture full use posterior?

If he/she give you the proper guidance as to how to progress your program, you might not loose that much function.
It would be dodgy for us to guess where on earth you are within your rescue, what type of graft you own, what the stability is close to or what protocol your surgeon is using. Please, please contact your psychiatric therapist for proposal concerning a home exercise program.

I hold have this done also. try doing hamstring stretches, leg lefts next to weights on your leg, stand and bend legs, ride bicycle, and hose down aerobics help also. I do adjectives this and more contained by psychiatric help.Good luck
