Can the ingredient in gum (phenylalanine) lead to muscle cramps or loss of it? perchance even demise?

this is is serious guys, i hold be buying two packages of Strident gum for two weeks very soon.i guess i really close to it grounds i've notice, out of 14 pieces contained by respectively carton i've be chewing close to more than partly of the gum respectively year, i'm parsimonious respectively light of day. It say on the final it have an ingredient in it call (Phenylalanine) it also said at hand would be side-effects if taken to much of it..ever since i've be chewing to much gum i've be have these really tightening pains in my calf muscles, the pain is the worst i own ever experienced and it feel approaching someone is pulling my leg apart. What i'm trying to ask is, is the ingredient (Phenylalanine) causeing the misery within my calfs.

Phenylalanine is a simple amino bitter i.e. found contained by most of the food you chomp through already anyway. i would not relate your distress to that. I've you've be have calf cramps you may be low on potassium. If you've ever woke up within the middle of the darkness beside a bleak calf cramp, it be probably because your potassium be low. Eat a couple of bananas and see if that help. Alternatively STOP EATING SO MUCH GUM. If it go away next perchance it's something else in the gum, which is still unlikely
