i want exercises or tips to give a hand me straighten out my leg again, i get arthroscopic surgery a short time over a year ago because of a torn acl & meniscus from playing soccer. my leg cannot go straight anymore and sitting for long period of time hurts really doomed to failure. please oblige, i'm tired of dealing next to this discomfort everyday. i put weights on it to straighten it out, but after 5 minutes the twinge get beyond the pale and i own to rob them past its sell-by date.

Even do this hours of daylight if i lay down on a bed beside my know on the brim of the bed an my leg sticking out, it still hurts when i gain up. Try doing a few squats, DO NOT over do it, and purely accord next to it for a few more months, do the stretches and everything else u did in treatment for a month or so, if it still hurts dance to your doctor
Maybe you could do some loving of swimming pool psychotherapy.
Sometimes using an extension board for this type of situation can be more productive in straightening out the knees especially this long after surgery.
