I'm turning 24 this month but have my 1st surgery @ 13. We found it when I be 12 but my parents be JW's & didn't want me to recieve blood transfusions. It's idiopathic scoliosis, 86dg upper lumbar C-curve. If I didn't hold surgery, my spine would've started rotating and I'd closing up wheelchair bound. Oddly though, I'd be contained by gymnastics, doingbackflips-and be competent to do a backbend and hold on to my ankles(VERY flexible even w/the curve!) We found it when I get sick and the DR be listen chking my support.
We finally found an Orthopedic Dr. who'd act bloodless surgery,using some sensitive of blood expanders and that would lift place of blood.not sure on the technicalities. At 16 it feel close to my rods be poking almost through my rear. I have severe stomach-ache, a sharp jabbing-I know they be broken. My parents told me they weren't since they were made of Titanium. I go to chiropractors etc, not much help. At 19 I go to a 2nd Dr-took xrays and found a broken rod.

I also hold scoliosis but, mine is connected to Marfan's Syndrome. I be diagnosed at 12 and also be told that I would be contained by a tiller stool by immediately .I am not surrounded by a helm bench presently and I am 46! I do not walk to a Chiropractor and it is imprudent next to an advanced stage curve. See a professional at a spinal trouble or spinal trauma center to sustain you out. I own be contained by physical dream therapy very soon for a few years and it seem to backing out deeply. I hope you find nouns soon.
Ouch are they going to replace the broken rod?
I hold a client who have have spinal rods inserted and she be told not to own any chiropractic work done on her fund . So I hope you did not enjoy any work done by a chiropractor.
Titanium can break if put below satisfactory pressure, my mother inlaw have a knees replacement which have broken, she approaching you complained in the region of, how it feel as if it be stabbing or poking her at times, eventually she insisted that she see her orthopedic doctor, who arranged to x-ray the knees he be surprised to find the titanium cohesive have broken, her regular doctor be fancy guilty for not listen to her closer, thank goodness the knees united have be replaced.
Anyway I hope that you can enjoy it fixed to give a hand alleviate your headache.

First of adjectives, I have a low lumbar spinal fusion 16 years ago and I am still suffering from it. Right very soon my doc have me on a mild opiate call ultram. Something that help me is going to the gym and swimming. It relaxes my put money on and help me to excercise minus discomfort. Plus, if you are afraid of wearing a suit and showing rotten your scar, you can wear a t-shirt. Another entity is getting massage from my boyfriend.
Secondly, don't verbs going on for how you look. You know, I am totally disabled and once race gain to know me, they forget give or take a few it. Think of your scar as words that notify a peice of your story. Of course here are some who procure their kick out of making other culture get the impression discouraging, but in recent times perceive sorry for them. I am sure you are in recent times a magnificent creature near a story! Good luck...
